Terms and Conditions

PRICES:

        Any issued price list does not constitute an offer. It is our policy not to alter the prices unless absolutely unavoidable,
       although in certain circumstances prices will be subject to change without prior notice.  Special offers and bulk
       quantity discounts are available for all goods, details upon request.
 
        All prices are subject to VAT at the rate in force on date of supply.
 
 
CARRIAGE:

        A carriage charge may be applicable depending upon geographical location and value of order.
 
        Details of any carriage charge will be given at time of order.
 
 
GOODS  RETURNED  FOR  CREDIT:

        Before returning goods for credit, authorization must be obtained from a member of the sales staff.  A credit will only
        be raised if the returned goods are accompanied by a return note stating the invoice number and date of supply.
        Goods returned for credit after the lapse of one month from the date of invoice will be subject to a 10%
        handling charge.  After three months a 20% handling charge will be levied.  After six months no goods will be
        accepted back for credit.
 
        It is the customers’ responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of returning goods for credit to our warehouse.
 
RIGHT  OF  SET  OFF:

        R. H. Claydon Ltd may at any time or times, without notice to the customer set off any liability of the customer
        to R. H. Claydon Ltd against any liability of R. H. Claydon Ltd to the customer, whether any such liability is
        present  or  future  (when  so  ever  arising),  liquidated  or  un-liquidated,  under  this  agreement  or  not  and
        Irrespective of the currency of this denomination.  If the liabilities to be set off are expressed in different currencies,
        R. H. Claydon Ltd may convert either liability at a market rate of exchange for the purpose of set off.
        Any exercise by R. H. Claydon Ltd of its rights under this clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights or
       remedies available to it under this agreement or otherwise.
 
 
TITLE  OF   GOODS:

        Title of all goods supplied by R. H. Claydon Ltd will only pass to the purchaser upon receipt of payment in full.
        Insurance is the purchasers’ responsibility on receipt of goods.
 
 
PRODUCT  LIABILITY:

        All products sold by R. H. Claydon Ltd are covered by product liability insurance of £5,000,000.

PRIVACY NOTICE:

       Here at RH Claydon Ltd we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to
       administer your account, process your orders and provide you with information on the products and 
       services you have requested from us. Your information will not be passed to any other company 
       except for the purpose of debt collection.
